I went to my appointment without my lost right ear hearing aid. Thanks to Randy, who showed me how to use my Starkey Hearing app to find it's location, I recovered it from a sandy parking lot! Never ever would have found it any other way! Thanks a $1000! David

They stayed in touch via text and voice message. Always very warm and welcoming tone in their voice. Like they were very aware of my appointment. Same lady that was texting was at the front desk Kaitlyn and Dr Randall was very good in his explanations of everything. Very professional and knowledgeable. I hardly waited anytime at all. So glad I came here.

Randall, is always willing to help and listen to what you're problem is. He helps in everything even the phone. Thanks Randall Also his sectarian is the best too.

At Sound Decision Hearing they are very helpful and caring. Randall Smith is very professional. I received a complete, through hearing test, (even checked my ears (w/ scope you can see) for possible wax prior to test) . He explained my results, answered all my questions, giving honest advice on which hearing aids would be the best choice for my hearing loss. I highly recommend Sound Decision Hearing.
