My name is Randall Smith. I generally go by Randy Smith. I have been in the industry since November of 1999. I started building and repairing hearing aids and have been Licensed since 2006 as a Hearing Aid Dispenser. I’ve worked within the area as a dispenser from May 2006-October 2023.

I enjoy working with people and helping them find the right hearing solutions for their hearing needs. I have helped many people over the years and have a true passion for helping people hear better. My family and I love Sioux Falls and the surrounding area.

My name is Kaitlyn Drilling. I graduated with my BA in Communication Sciences and Disorders from The University of South Dakota in May of 2024, and joined the Sound Decision team shortly after.

I am passionate about overcoming communication barriers and have found this line of work to be both rewarding and motivating. I enjoy playing my part in the process of helping people hear better, and I hope to continue my education in this field. When I am not working, you can usually find me enjoying live music or spending time with friends and family.
