Sound Decision provided fast, friendly and expert service when it verified my hearing loss and ordered the appropriate Sharkey aid.

After absent-mindingly missing my appointment this afternoon, Randy the manager, still found time to squeeze me in for a hearing aid test. He and his office assistant were friendly, courteous, and helpful.

We bought from the old management and were never satisfied. I spent 15 minutes with Randall and knew I would be coming back. This was a great change.

Recently moved to the Sioux Falls area and needed to have my hearing aids checked and a part fixed. The folks at Sound Decision Hearing were outstanding. They fixed and cleaned my hearing aids and had us on our way in minutes. I will be using them for all my hearing health going forward.

They stayed in touch via text and voice message. Always very warm and welcoming tone in their voice. Like they were very aware of my appointment. Same lady that was texting was at the front desk Kaitlyn and Dr Randall was very good in his explanations of everything. Very professional and knowledgeable. I hardly waited anytime at all. So glad I came here.
